Lions fans can score premium club level playoff tickets and support DBG. Here’s how.

Detroit Lions fans can purchase some of the hottest tickets in town – club-level NFL divisional round playoff tickets for the Lions playoff game at Ford Field against the Washington Commanders Saturday, January 18 at 8 p.m. – and make a positive difference in the lives of Detroit students at the same time.

Eight tickets in sections 206 and 208 can be purchased as two groups of four or in pairs as part of a “One Pride Playoff Experience” ticket auction that’s live online now though noon Friday. The tickets, located behind the Lions bench, come with parking passes and were generously gifted by Holly Campbell, wife of Lions Head Coach Dan Campbell, and Kathy Agnew, wife of Lions Assistant General Manager Ray Agnew.

Each pair will also come with a DBG hat signed by players Terrion Arnold, Carlton Davis, Kerby Joseph, and Jameson Williams.

Proceeds will benefit DBG – Detroit and our nationally recognized youth development program which helps young people succeed through a unique mentorship methodology and individualized support plans in academics, workforce development, wellness, and enrichment for students ages 8-18, with continued support into adulthood.

“Our eyes were recently opened to the incredible work DBG is doing in our community. After realizing the significant and lasting impact, we know it takes more to make real change – and we are committed to doing everything we can to bring awareness and critical funding to the mission,” said Campbell and Agnew in a joint statement. “This organization has shown true grit in addressing every gap, and it’s working. These tickets are just one simple way we can give back, but we want more for our community. We are one community, one family, ONE PRIDE! Go LIONS and Go DBG!”

DBG has repeatedly been selected by players and coaches as a Detroit Lions Inspire Change partner. Last season, the Lions honored DBG’s founder and CEO Khali Sweeney with a national NFL Inspire Change Changemaker Award for going above and beyond in the pursuit of social justice.

“We are grateful to the Lions for continuing to step up and show support for DBG and our students,” Sweeney said. “We are all one team, one community, one pride and we have one mission – to ensure our young people succeed and achieve their dreams. Efforts like this help DBG train kids for life, which means a brighter future for all of us.”

For nearly 20 years, DBG has been a cornerstone to lasting impact in Detroit. 100% of participating DBG students have graduated from high school. Our program’s measurable success also includes 90% of DBG graduates pursuing careers in STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) fields. Research shows that, on average, DBG students measure 25% higher than their peers globally in important social-emotional skills like self-efficacy and a sense of belonging.

DBG, which also breaks down barriers like transportation, food insecurity and the digital divide, has been recognized for its impact by the National Science Foundation, the U.S. Library of Congress, and philanthropist MacKenzie Scott.

We are preparing to break ground on a new three-story 22,000 square-foot STEAM building on our flagship Detroit campus along E. Vernor Highway that will enable us to more than double the number of students and families served each year. Construction is set to begin in 2025.
